I designed this scenario-based interactive microlearning course to help professionals effectively navigate difficult feedback conversations using the SBI (Situation–Behavior–Impact) model. Through branching scenarios, quizzes and engaging animations, the course guides learners in applying the SBI framework to real-life workplace situations. Learners will explore how to address unproductive behavior with clarity and respect, focusing on the impact of their communication. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with practical skills to deliver constructive feedback that fosters positive outcomes and strengthens professional relationships.
