I designed this scenario-based interactive eLearning course to help newly hired employees develop a strong foundation in email etiquette. By using branching scenarios, quizzes and multimedia, this course will guide learners through best practices for professional email communication, teaching them the importance of tone, structure and appropriate language in various workplace scenarios. By engaging with realistic email communication challenges, learners will practice crafting effective, clear and professional emails.
